Root Debug Mode Not working Correctly

Its worked before, I had clockwork installed and everything, I went back to stock because I was going to return the phone, but since I was over my 60 mins I couldn't. So now I am going to install 7 on it. But when I try the debug mode, it stays on, it installed the drivers and everything, but my SD card doesn't pop up. Anyone know what is going on here?

Nm I got it working, for some reason I thought the SD card poped up and thats how you did the flash, but i just figured it out that you do it from your computer.... silly me.

remember once you install cm7 it will not be plug in and a auto start no more like on stock, you will have to pull down the notification bar and enable usb mode.
