Sorry to hear that. You're not alone it seems, there's quite a few others who can't get GPS either.

This is why developers like LeoMar and GadgetCheck are hanging fire on ICS at the moment.

How to install; Backup first!!!
-Go to CWM Make a full Wipe;/ data/ cache/ dalvik
-install; D-C Infusion_XXLPB_FULL-WIPE_v3.zip -Reboot, it can take a while...
-when setup is finish, reboot to CWM make a Wipe cache part/ dalvik cache
-Install; Theme_XXLPB_NO-WIPE-v3.13 -Done!! Reboot and enjoy
