Deep sleep problem

Yep, it should do.
Unless there's an app or errant system process keeping the device awake, all devices have the ability to deep sleep.
If the device isn't deep sleeping, something like Better Battery Stats will tell you what's keeping it awake: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.asksven.betterbatterystats

If you head to the Accounts screen, is anything constantly syncing/are there sync errors?
If it's Android OS that's keeping the CPU awake, it's pretty hard to diagnose exactly what is ticking over.

Sync is off for all accounts.
I wonder if my tablet does even have deep sleep option.
I have an older tablet with Android 2.2, and there I can choose between Sleep and Deep Sleep option for button.
On this tablet with Android 4.0, in Settings there aren't any mention of Deep sleep, just Sleep, which makes me wonder is Deep sleep available at all?
