Default browser problems?

So today was the second S3 that I tried out, one from T-Mobile and today one from Sprint. However both of them had a problem with the default browser. When using Goigle, I would type a name of a site like Phonedog and it would bring up the link in the search box. I click the link, hear the water drop as well as see the link highlight confirming it had been pressed, but nothing happens. It just sits there on the Google page. Sometimes I would have to click the link 4-5 times to get it to go to the page. This would happen just trying to select words I had come up in the search bar too, press it and nothing happens. The word i selected wouldnt be searched. Is this a bug only with Google?

Something wrong there, likely just a display unit thing, mine has never done anything like that. Were they attached to chargers at the time, as display units often are? Sometimes third party charger do odd things to capacitive screens (noted this behaviour particularly badly on my Note).

Yes both were attached to chargers but ive played with plenty of demo phones in stores before never had this happen

My Galaxy s3 with verizon has this problem consistently. (every few days) Normally i have to clear cache and/or force stop the app. This is the only story on google that i've found that has discovered the same issue. My experience is the galaxy s3 is glitchy.

s3, android 4.04, hardware i535.10
