Default browser

I try to stay as stock as possible when it comes to my phones, not a huge fan of 3rd party apps having so many permissions (not like the stock ones don't)

Anyways, the stock browser is driving me crazy, I feel like I HAVE to be missing something, The only way to view or switch between tabs seems to be to hit the menu soft key, then tabs, and the options are really small and cluttered is there really not an option to put a tab button somewhere on the interface?

Anyone have any suggestions for other browsers? I tried chrome but i didn't like it, opera is nice but some pages don't load or load funny. Heard terrible things about firefox. I'm currently trying ICS browser + and I kind of like it but still wanted some input

I use dolphin HD and it works great. I also like chrome beta but it still has a lot of issues.

This is the screen for tabs. You can swipe them off the screen to close them.

I will second the Dolphin HD recommendation. I don't really care for or use the gesture control stuff but as a regular browser it's fantastic. You can get an addon for it that will let you toggle between mobile versions and regular versions of web pages too.
