Default desktop icons

The 4 default icons, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS & 4G. Does anyone know how to add these to a new screen without just moving them? I have looked at all apps and widgets and can't locate these.

You looked under settings in add widgets? They're all there.

No, blew right past the setting icon while looking for specific icon/app names. Thanks.
