Help Defect phones

So apparently I have tons of luck. I am now on my 3rd Inspire from radioshack and when I got this phone they told me they wouldn't be able to replace anymore phones after this. Well I get home and notice that my camera pieces are loose and juggle around all the time. I can hear them wiggling when I am on the phone. So I called HTC and they said they would repair it once they received the parts to be able to do it. Well now I am noticing that the lock screen sound wasn't playing. So I clicked my phone off and put the back speaker to my ear and I heard it very faintly along with a buzzing sound afterwards. This is just lovely. So now I'm stuck with a phone that clearly something is wrong with. I'm pretty much put of options here...

I have the same EXACT problem with my lock screen click. It was working fine and then one day I noticed it wasn't working, put the phone to my ear and could just barely hear it. Wonder what caused it?

having seen my first Inspire handed around to no less than 4 att sales people to try to RIP out the battery door, I'd guess that some phones are being twisted and pushed too hard in the wrong places.

My first Inspire had a loose camera, not that big of a deal but I noticed the framing around the lense would move slightly. I also had the issue with the screen rotation locking up so I took it back and got another.

I'm not so worried about that bc the speaker works for everything else. HTC said they would fix ny camera so I'm not worried about that either but I just had to vent. It's very stressful especially when radio shack won't help me anymore

That's fd up by radioshack I'm happy I didn't have any issues and I got my phone at bestbuy

not for nothing but they lose nothing in exchanging it for you as long as you are within your 30 days. i would try another shack and get it replaced. it's not coming out of there pocket, only yours.

Well for those curious, I'm sending my phone back to HTC. They said they would be inspecting my entire phone to make sure I don't have to send it back again. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I'll be on vacation for a week so it won't hurt so much to not have my phone. Guess we will see when I get it back!

Thats BS, it doesnt seem right, if there selling you garbage then they need to correct the problem and back up there product, I would return it and get my money back and go elsewhere, then notify the Better Buisness bureau..

+1.

Also, if the clerk at Radio Shack (I hate even typing that store name, let alone going into one of them) balks at all in providing the refund, kindly ask to see the manager. And if the manager is similarly ignorant, kindly ask for the District Manager's phone number and name (I did this once, over a junk "new" PC, never shopped at R.S. again). Upon that request, the manager will probably comply with your refund request.

i have never had any luck with radio shack, even when i was 10 years old i went in there to return a small light (for my rc truck lol). they said you didn't buy that here all our lights work ,it is not our problem etc. come on it was only like 2 bucks .... that place is a joke IMO.......

i havent been into a radioshack since '95. i honestly cant understand how they are still in business with best buy and walmart around, i mean come on circuit city went out of business but radioshack is still around???

Not just you luck, looks like this model is problematic. My wife and I are two for two...her's would not ring and mine would not turn on. Both bought from RS this summer but when we took them back were directed to the local AT&T repair store. They replaced hers at the store but my replacement is in the mail. As I was waiting a girl brought in another Inspire with my problem as well. Now we know why they are so cheap to buy. That extra $6.99/mo. warranty is not looking so bad now.
