I'll give that kitchen a shot. Ive tried like 3 others but they dont place any dex files in the apk or jar. Ive already got a ramdisk zip file I'll extract it and see what its about. What file would I be modifying?

But yeah, the drive is bad. It starts spinning fine, then fails to seek or whatever. Sounds like when you put a scratched cd in the drive, where it just keeps trying to read the disc, and gives up.
Well, tried the whole shoving it in the freezer trick, that didn't work. -_-

Wait. you play killing floor O_OThats the same issue I had with mine. Granted I didnt drop my laptop, but it did still boot ubuntu after like a year of waiting and was super slow. I want to recover my steam games off it. I miss painkiller and killing floor![]()
Wait. you play killing floor O_O
Also, doesn't it track your progress across computers via your steam account?
True true. Are you gonna get it for the OUYA? (That is, assuming you have oneOf course I play killing floor! And yes, it saves your levels in the cloud. It IS a multi player based game.
)Kickstarter backer #29126 right here baby!nobody has an ouya lol
Yeah, it just came out this week I believe. I was hoping it could be ported, but OUYA has their own api library, so it might not be possible. OUYA gave the kickstarter backers some store credit for all the issues they had, so I'm thinking of using that towards it.Wait...killing floor for the ouya?! 0_o isnt that an android based console?! Doesnt that mean it could port to a phone/tablet version? I dont have an ouya and had no desire to get one but I want one now!

I've tried to flash this kernel several times and always get stuck in a boot loop afterwards. It comes up with the green android for a second, then the red light illuminates and it restarts.
I saw in another thread that some of these devices react differently to the new kernel, has there been any progress made on this? I'd really like to see 1.9Ghz!
Thanks in advance!
we got a working kernel (for those who get bootlooped) and im uploading a stock deodexed rom as we speak
Thanks! Is it OC-ed to 1.9ghz by default, or does it just unlock the higher frequencies if you want to use them?
I want to flash this kernel mainly for Ext FS support, dont care much about OC
I wish. I have no idea where to set it. Looked high and low, but got nothing. Sometimes it defaults to 1.4 for some reason o.0 while others it overclocks to max, and others it clocks to 1.19 (stock clock). I don't understand it at all. -_-Its default, but maybe cdz can do something about that?

And I'll put this here for now, as a warning: The kernel will no longer overclock to 1.9, it tops at 1.8. Due to a bug in the kernel, it was displaying a higher clock than it was actually at. This has been fixed, and will be in the new kernel, which will be out within the week.
I'm not a fan of Apex, but overall, it's running pretty smooth. The useless google stuff needs to be removed though (Newsstand, books, movies, etc) as they should just be downloaded from the play store if they are wanted. Absolutely zero need to have them as system apps in a debloated rom.As will my rom. Spz0 said y'all needed to rewrite the wifi and I should hold back :/ since you got to play with it, how does it feel?
I do not have the time to learn C and figure out why the driver compiles into a large filesize. All I'm concerned about is that it works with my kernel.I'm not a fan of Apex, but overall, it's running pretty smooth. As far as the wifi goes, they are going to stay as-is until somebody finds a better solution. Spz0 will just have to deal with itI do not have the time to learn C and figure out why the driver compiles into a large filesize. All I'm concerned about is that it works with my kernel.
