Welcome to the AndroidForums, Douglas!
You certainly are the king of brevity, LOL...okay, here's my try
:1. Open SMS app
2. Long-press a conversation
3. Select "Delete conversation"
^^^ at least that's what my texting app shows. There's also an option in the menu to "Select multiple" which I'm guessing would allow you to delete several conversations at once to delete.
