Help Delay before making calls

My xperia s started having around a minute delay between clicking on a contact to make a call and actually making the call and there is a delay with texts aswell, I restored all my apps with titanium backup then downloaded updates and phone worked fine for a week until it did some app updates then the delay happended again. Is there a quick way to resolve this without restoring everything again?

Turn off automatic updating in Play Store. Restore your apps. Manually update them one by one, checking the phone after each update. When the phone stops working, the last update you did is the one causing the problem. Notify the dev and don't update the app until there's a fix.
