I have frequently been having a problem where the first press of the number won't dial immediately. I'll press it again and all of a sudden I've got two calls going. Last night I received a call after the first call didn't go through. In the middle of that call (maybe a minute later) it dialed the first call and wanted me to merge the calls.
It appears to be software related as powering off and starting back up everything is fine. With so many apps who knows what could be causing the problem...
