Help Delayed Texts

Ever since January I've had problems with my incoming text msgs being delayed anywhere from 30 min to over 12 hours. There is no rhyme or reason as to when the delays occur, somtimes it will work fine all day long and then starts getting delayed out of nowhere. I've talked to Sprint and have done data refreshes etc multiple times and I still have the problem. It happens regardless of where the text is coming from (ie other carriers or Sprint to Sprint). Has anyone had this problem and been successful in fixing it??

I've had that problem on my Moment back in the day.
How's the service you're getting? Does it happen just in one place?

Update: So I found on another blog that certian apps like task killers will interfere. I had downloaded it because when I bought the phone at a sprint store that was the first thing they suggested I do to save battery life. Since uninstalling it I haven't yet had a problem getting texts and my battery lasts just as long as before. I also found that droids have a task manager built in so the app isn't necessary. If you're having problems getting texts in a timely fashion and have a task manager I would recommend you try uninstalling and see how it works.
