I think I have understood how the S2 storage works.
Home > Settings > Storage:-
Just under 2GB app memory + 11.50GB USB Storage + 29.71GB SD card storage.
However different apps seem to use different names e.g. Astro:-
Root / has an sdcard under this is external_sd (USB Storage + SD card storage)
Windows Explorer has Phone + Card (USB Storage + SD card storage)
However my current problem is trying to clear up the eBook folder in USB storage.
I copied a couple of epub books from my pc to this folder. I then opened Aldiko imported them to that app. I then deleted one book within Aldiko.
Herbert George Wells > The Invisible Man >Herbert George Wells - The Invisible Man.epub + .cover.png + .nomedia + .thumbcover.png
If I look in Aldiko the book does not exist. If I look in Astro the book does not exist. However if I look in Windows Explorer it does exist BUT it will not let me delete it from the folder GT-I1900P > Phone > eBooks saying:-
"Cannot delete Herbert George Wells: The storage is write-protected.
I suspect that write-protected is a misnomer and that the pc does not understand what has happened
Any ideas on how to stop this folder showing in Windows Explorer
