Help Delete all calendar entries

On my HTC Desire I went to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/All/Calendar/Storage/Clear data and it does seem to work... until you go back into Calendar and all the entries are still there.

How do I permanently delete all entries in Calendar...please?

Are you sure that after deleting appointments they are not being repopulated from an external source/sync?

Under "manage applications", you should also see "calendar storage". Make sure you clear data there as well.
Worked for me.
