Delete EVERYTHING and flash rom?

Hi, I'm currently using neat jb.

Can I delete/format everything from my internal and external card (using explorer on windows) then flash jb zip using odin?

For a totally clean slate?

yes if you have backed up everything you want too keep, remember though that you will be removing your nandroid
