Is there any way to delete a voicemail and not have it charged to your VM minutes?

Also, I have a voice mail that keeps coming back, even though I cleared my call log. How do I get rid of it?

you can check your voice mail from a different phone... i assume you have all the same options including the option to delete

Clearing your call log DOES NOT erase the voice mail from the system.

The only way to get rid of the voice mail is to CALL voice mail, and delete it (it takes less than 30 seconds to do this----a 1 min mimimum to the system).

OR call the voice mail # from another # and delete it from there.

After you listen to the message, are you hitting the 7 key to delete it?

If you have access to a land line, you can check your voicemail from there without using up any of your minutes. Just dial your number and when you hear the greeting hit the * key and follow the prompts.

If you are still having problems getting rid of the message, call VM and let them reset your voicemail.
