Deleted emails keep reloading

I have had this issue on previous version of the Samsung Galaxy and have always been able to remedy the issue by adjusting Incoming server settings set to NEVER on "Delete email from server" . However on the Galaxy S6 I cannot find where to select this therefore I cannot remedy the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated to alleviate this annoyance. Thank you

From the inbox of the account you want, press more > settings. Then press on your email address under accounts. scroll down to incoming server settings. There's an option to never delete from server there.

I don't seem to have that option. Check these screenshots

Man there sure are a lot of variances on this phone. I'm on vzw and its on that last page you posted just under the port setting. Though I set up pop rather than IMAP I'd be slightly surprised if that were the difference maker. Guessing we're on different carriers?

I had the same problem on my Verizon galaxy S6 and then realized the account was set up for IMAP. I deleted the account and manually set it up as a POP account and the keep email on server option was present.
