Deleted files now power & back buttons don't work

I deleted something while making space and now my power button and back buttons don't work. Tried factory reset, same result. Resetting it will bring it back up, but that's not very practical.
Any idea what files control these switches and where I could download them?

What make and model is your tablet? You'll probably have to restore the original manufacturer's ROM software completely, unless someone has actually got the files they can send you. I presume your device is rooted, as you were able to actually delete essential system files or change a low-level system configuration setting.

It's a generic "Softwinerf900". I did not root it, but it may have come that way. It's running 4.0.4. Baseband 1.4rc3. Kernel 3.0.8+
