Help deleted media storage .need some help..

i accidentaly disabled the media storage app under the setting<application tab..

my galary and video player says "no items"..although when i searched for the photos videos and the music files...they all r present in the respective folders...so i need help regarding
1) how to get these media files back to being displayed in the galary and the music and video player....and how to get the storage media app back running......thanks

Re-enable the storage media app in the same place you disabled it? Might need to reboot after that. If you still don't see anything in gallery or video player try clearing cache and data for those apps.

Dear sir (s) i deleted some sound files and after that when ever I am trying to set clock alarm or set ringing tone this massage appear (unfortunately , clock has stopped

I did this once. Just go to settings > Apps > click the gear > reset app preference.
You will lose your personalized settings after that .. (you can again do that).
