Help Deleted S Note Templates!!!

Hi

I've stupidly deleted the S Note Templates so was wondering is there any way of getting them back? Would I get them back if I reset my Note 10.1 back to Factory Settings?

If you can find a friend who has a note tablet there is a chance that they can send it to you.On your friends note select the following sequence.
Home, all files, files, storage/sdcard/0, s/note, guide to note 10.1,
Select the one that is missing place the tick in the box, then top left > or close to this symbol and you should have an option to send, bluetooth or other choices for them to send the deleted file to you!
