Help deleted /sdcard/

I believe I accidentally deleted my /sdcard/ file when I was reorganizing some info.

I have access to and can see the sd folder when I connect my captivate to my mac but there isn't anything in it and can remember there used to be.

I can see my internal card and storage info under settings.

Any idea how to fix this? Is Odin one click in my future or will that even work?

If you deleted all the data on your SD card you're most likely not going to be able to get that back. Odin will just push files to restore the phone's system, not an external "device" (which your SD card is)

You could try connecting it via USB to a Windows PC then running an undelete program. Examples are SoftPerfect File Recovery and Undelete Plus, but there are countless ones out there.

No guarantees though. Once a file is deleted, that space is marked available to be overwritten, at which point the data is gone.
