Deleted shortcuts keep reappearing?

I have a problem with my android tablet.
When I grab a shortcut from the screen and drag it to the delete red X on the top, turn off my tablet and turn it back on they reappear. Even if I moved them to a different part of the screen, shortcuts would still reappear where their original place was before I touched them.

Were they apps you've installed yourself or pages you've visited?

If no, it sounds as if you've an app that's using a nasty form of advertising and placing them there.

There are some tips for finding out what app is causing the problem.

They are only the apps that came with the tablet in factory condition, like the chrome, google play store, gmail, and other apps like that.

What tablet are you using? Also, have you changed the launcher at all?

What is a launcher? I am new at this tablet stuff so please forgive me T-T. I am using an android tablet, I think iDea USA one.

A launcher is your homescreens, app drawer etc.

You'll have one installed by default, but you can install alternative launchers from Play. In simple terms, alternative launchers are like themes that you can configure/tweak a bit yourself. If you don't know what one is, you probably haven't installed one.

You could try clearing cache & data? Settings -> Apps -> All -> Launcher Name (I'm not sure what this would be for your tablet, sorry) -> Clear Cache/Data.

That would wipe the homescreen completely.
