Deleting (extra) nandroids from phone

Is there a preferred method to delete nandroid backups from phone?

They are not in a nandroid folder on the card ( as matter of fact I can't find a nandroid folder on the card) but I did find them in backup folder in clockwork including the one I did today

the other funny thing is, maybe this is the way it works but I can only get to clockwork if I go through Astro or OI File Mgr. otherwise it is not visible anywhere else.

However in other news 9.9.2 blue theme has been running fine for a couple weeks now I am loving it

I have no good excuse for waiting so long to join the club got my hero last Jan and its only taken 11-1/2 months:o

That is exactly where they are stored, in the CWM folder and then backup folder, and yes that is also the way it is visible is from those apps, also you can mount your phone to your PC and you will see them in the same directory mentioned, you can simply delete from your phone or mount your phone from your PC and delete them that way, which is what I prefer, this way I can keep a copy on my PC if I desire. ;)

thanks Don

I guess I should have mentioned that I did backup on PC first, but what brought up my question was that I could not get them to delete in CWM so I wanted to verify that I could in fact delete them by mounting without any unforeseen (at least by me) results. :)
