Help Deleting files from microSD card

For the life of me, I can't seem to be able to find how I can delete a couple of MS Word files from my SD card in the Wildfire. Could someone shed some light? Thanks.
 
2 options install a file manager such as astro or plug your wildfire into pc and pick disk drive and delete from the pc
