Hello! I have an LG Optimus One P500h running Android 2.3. I haven't rooted or modified it in any way.
Anyway, recently I started using the SMS delivery reports option. When I first started using it, it worked fine. Then it started playing up. It only worked on one of my contacts, my Mum. I reactivated it. It worked for everyone else for a little bit. Then it played up again! When I check the report, it always says "Pending," even though my contacts have replied so it was obvious they got it. How can I fix this? Reactivating it doesn't help at all now, and it only works on my mum.

UPDATE: OK I JUST REALISED IT ONLY WORKS ON CELLPHONES/SMARTPHONES ON TELECOM NZ, OR VIRTUAL NETWORKS RUNNING ON THE TELECOM NZ SIGNAL...
