Help DelMe0-99 files on L70 KitKat?

Does anyone know what these DelMe0- DelMe99 files are? They seem to take up 774kb each and reappear shortly after deletion. I am running an LG Optimus L70 using KitKat. Thanks. This is driving me crazy.

If you don't know what it is, don't touch it. it's more than likely a cache file for a running service or application.
 
These files appear after using the external sd defrag tool in the app called "free space defragmentation..." that you got from on the google play store. They are safe to delete.
