Help DemiGod Crash Handler (Apps Watchdog Bark!) on LG G3

My phone has a bright green screen with the message DemiGod Handler: Apps Watchdog Bark!

It gives instructions to use volume to dload or reboot, but NOTHING happens. I've taken out battery and sim card, but as soon as I turn it back on I get the same message and nothing happens when I push any buttons.

I need help!!!
 
You may not see the expected download mode screen. If your device is showing up as LGE AndroidNet Serial Port, try flashing a kdz or tot and see how it goes if you can't get regular boot anymore.
 
It goes from the LG screen, to T-Mobile screen, then pin screen. It will do this by itself several times before it will actually allow me to enter my pin. Then it will freeze, go to LG, then T-Mobile, then freeze again. Then the green screen pops up. After that nothing works. Not even the power button. I have to remove the battery. And when I put the battery back, it goes straight the green screen.
 
Try installing LG United Drivers and then see if it shows up as LGE AndroidNet Serial Port when you choose the download mode option from the Demigod screen.
