Root Deodexing question

[Leon82]

I have .596 rooted GB on my DX installed with the 2 part zip from 2.2.1.

I tried to search a little but did not find anything

Will this zip deodex my build for other themed roms ,

GB_2.3.3_4.5.596_Deodexer.zip Bouchigo's .596 Deodexer

If so should i clear cache, dalvik and factory reset?

Thanks for the help. this site has been very resourceful.

That will deodex your system but if you want to apply other themed roms then you don't need this. This is only useful if you're theming the stock 596. Most roms you flash will be deodexed already
