Help Desire camera stop working?!

Has anyone got this problem like me? yesterday it happened to me for the 2nd time, I just click the camera app and out of nowhere I got a black screen, like camera freezes or something.
So first time what I did was make a factory reset and everything was back to normal,and that was beforo Froyo, now when I am running Froyo, I wonder when I make a factory reset does it turns me all the way back to the stock desire, without new software version and Froyo update?

I have bought Desire on contract so I have everything official, no unbranded or rooted phone.

So if anyone has this kind of problem, please tell me what to do.

I'm on froyo and have not experienced this problem yet....

Factory reset does not take you back to 2.1 once you have froyo 2.2... The only way to go back is to downgrade but that all depends on what screen your desire has.
 
Sent it to tech support 4 days ago, and now everything is fine. Something had gone wrong inside the phone, it says that they changed some "rigid flex". Don't really know what is it, but now it's working, so who cares. :)
 
did u send it in rooted and all ? or put it back to normal im in the same situation. but i dont have the original RUU.
