Accessories desire case

I've come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a slimline, nice looking case for the desire.
 
I just put a Otterbox commuter on my Desire and have one for my Desire Z when it show's up on Monday, they may be expensive but you will never damage your phone when you drop it, the case is two parts, one part polycarbonate and a silicone case for the phone and it includes a screen protector. I think well worth the money considering what we purchased these phones for, $40.00 for a case is a drop in the bucket for a $600.00 phone!!! or in my case $80.00 for two cased for $1260.00 worth of phones!!!
 
I'm going to place an order today for the Otterbox Commuter, but before I order does anyone think or know of a better case for the HTC Desire HD?
 
Hi could someone tell me if it is possible to buy a flip leather case or pouch for the HTC desire that will fit the phone whilst it is still in a gel case / surround. Thanks in advance!
 
some of the flip cases have inside them, something that is similar to teh Case-mate barely there. This would negate the need for the gel case.
 
Thanks for the reply much appreciated. Can anyone recommend a good place 2 buy one in UK. I've seen a few on eBay but guess they r mostly cheap 4 a reason. I don't mind paying a little bit more 4 one that does a proper job. Any examples wld be awesome
 
Have a look at the Mobilefun site, they've got quite a range and are helpful people if you encounter any problems....I've used them for years for all of my phone needs.

It's a fairly firm gel, so the phone fits very well inside it, although it's slightly tricky to fit it. I had a gel case for my touch hd which was too flexible and I found this to be a bargain for my Desire. 10 out of 10.

my case is similar if not identical to this 1, i had bought a tough looking plastic 1 but it was cheap and it broke due to me taking the case off and putting it back on
