Root desire hd crash and shutingdown when not in airplane mode

Hi all,i'm running cyanogen 7 for 2 month,Every thing was good but now(without any changed) my desire hd will shutingdown when not in airplane mode,also when turning built-in torch on,it will be off too,If i connect charger it will not shutdown ever in airplane mode or not,but the torch will shutdown it,android assistant and some other apps show that my battery health is good and i have bought the phone just 3 month ago.I do the fallowing but nothing changed

1ull and put the battery
2:full charge,format battery stat in recovery mod
3:format data,format catch,format dalvink catch,reset factory
4:installing cyanogen 7.1.0 RC1(I was running cyanogen 7.0.3)
