I've installed HTC Sync on my XP Pro laptop and managed to sync documents and spreadsheets. I believe syncing was working to and from the phone but now I've noticed that if a spreadsheet in updated on the phone the file does not change on the PC. Is there are setting which needs changing?

could you guide me how you managed to sync your contacts and other infos to your computer, i have installed htc sync to my computer , and it detects my desire hd, but when i do the sync it gives me the idea that it is doing so , but when i check my outlook i don't find a thing in it, how did it work for you?
To answer the first question, I'm not sure if it checks the properties of the file or just the file name itself. If it's just looking at the file name, then it will look at the phone and see the file has the same name as the one on the PC, then ignore and not bother updating it. Could be wrong though.
