Desire HD LCD Replacement?

Where to get Desire HD's LCD replacement and what it might cost. How hard it is to replace?
Phone gives sound nicely, but not backlight nor anything on display. Gorilla glass looks fine.
 
Here is a place where you can find them online...
I looked around a bit, but there don't seem to be any guides around for the desire HD I'm afraid. The replacement itself won't be too hard, the hardest part will be the opening up and putting everything back together of the phone.
If I would take my phone to a repair-guy here in Australia it would cost me $350 (which is more then half the price I paid for the phone), so I would personally think it's worth the try.
