Desire lag after force apps to SD

Hi guys, recently i just did the force apps to sd on my desire(froyo). However, i realise that after the force apps to sd, my desire spped slow down and lags. For example it take a few secs to open an apps while previously it was rather quick. And also, the handcent sms take rather long to open.
Why is this so?

I am not sure but it got nothing to do with the force apps to SD thing?

It happened the same to me when I forced the apps to move to the SD card. I had to wipe the phone to solve the problem.

Yes it does.

Happened to me with a class II.

Got a class 6 and all is good now.

It has everything to do with it.

if the speed of the SD card is slow then when accessing and running an app from the SD card it will be slow.

I use a class 2 card and my apps don't lag.
