Help Desire S help required please

Welcome to Android Forums!

1. If you sync'ed your contacts to be phone contacts, it stores only minimal information. To have pictures, custom ring tones, email addresses, etc. they must be Google contacts.

2. What are you using to sync bookmarks?

3. Are you trying to pair the phone to the PC using Bluetooth? You can only be paired with one device at a time.

Hi,
1. I sync’ed my contacts to my phone complete with the pictures and when a known contact calls their picture is displayed ok, but if I get a text from a known contact, then just their number (no name & no picture) is displayed.
2. I am using HTC sync to sync my bookmarks, and the process offers where the choice of Internet Explorer or Chrome and I have tried both with no bookmarks being transferred to the phone.
3. I am only pairing one device at a time, with car kits being no problem, but the PC does pair ok but I am unable to get the phone authenticated.
