Ordered my phone, from VF Germany, last week; dude told me it would ship out on Monday and today still no phone!!

Called them up and they told me that no order had been placed!!

Had to place a new order and have to wait another week!!

Thanks man, it just pissed me off that a company like VF can have so many incompetent people!!

I mean the guy confirmed that it would be sent out and when I called to get an update, some other dude told me the order hadn't even been processed!!

Sent a "nice" letter off to the CEO of VF Germany to calm my nerves! lol
 
Unlucky. You should contact them again and ask for invoice/order confirmation. And check your balance ;)
Could be worse though. Think of the poor guys who are still waiting for a phone

would it matter if it was 32 times in 104 posts? maybe he helped a lot of people with one excellent post.

anyway, if look carefully, he's been thanked 2 times in 2 posts. not much but better than not being thanked at all.........oh dear.
