Help Desire showing low memory overnight

Hi

Has anyone got this problem with their Desire ?
Before I go to bed, I swear I got like 45meg internal left.
Wake up next morning the phone is complaining low memory 10meg left.

This has happened a few times now.
Without deleting or removing anything. It clear itself.
Then next morning it complain again.

Is there any Apps out there where I can check what is eating my memory ? I don't mind removing anything. But I need to know what is causing this, where it is coming from.

Has anyone got this issue ?

The phone has Android 2.2

Market has many such applications; just enter something like "monitor internal memory" in Market search.

Many are free.
