I have had an HTC Desire for a few months and love the phone, however 2 days ago it packed up.
The battery ran flat and the phone turned off. Since then I have recharged the phone with no issues but when I turn it on it doesn't get past the white screen with the green htc logo.
I have tried soft and hard resets but with no joy and when I connect it to the pc, the pc recognises the connection as it brings up the install hardware wizard, but it doesn't appear as a drive etc on 'my computer'.
The phone itself hasn't been damaged or subjected to any liquids etc.
any ideas?
