Help Desk Clock Sucks!!!!

Hello fellow DI fans,

I would like to know if anybody knows why the desk does not update and when it does it gives me a city that i am not even close to? Does anybody know if HTC/Verizon is trying to fix the is problem? Any help would be appreciated.
