I've been using the new Firefox browser. It is actually surprisingly awesome. You can set it to fool websites into thinking you are running different operating systems. What is cool about this is that I have access to lots of content that usually won't show on a mobile browser. Also, there is a full screen mode that just looks insanely good on the Note.
I think it is a little more cpu intensive than the stock browser (which probably means more battery drain too) but the pros out weigh the cons for me.
