Help **DESPERATE** PXT Message Generic Network Failure

Hey guys,

I need help. I'm trying to get pictures my brother sent me for an assignment from my phone, but whenever I try to download them, it says "Generic Network Failure". I'm with Vodafone Australia. Any help at all guys? I've done everything the exact way they say on their website, in regards to setups and stuff.
PLEASE PLEASE PLASE HELP!!!!

I needed to perform an OTA update before I could receive MMS. I'm Orange UK though.

Settings -> About Phone -> System Software Updates -> Update Phone.

Might not work, but worth giving a whirl. Failing that, if they're important, can he just email you the pics?
