Destroyed my phone

In a fit of rage after finding out some really bad news, I threw my Commando into a block wall in my garage and shattered the screen.
It still works, which is good while looking around for a replacement (anyone?), and was wondering if there is a simple way to copy everything over to the new one so it looks the same and works the same?

My phone is rooted, so I did do the back ups in TP and I did back up in google all my pics and contacts. Even backed up my GoSMS apps with associated files.

Just hate to have to start from scratch on the screen layouts.

I wish it was just the screen that was damaged. When it hit the wall it hit the corner and damaged the case also.
