Hi guys im a new developer and im going to start on the Marquee so yeah if anyone is willing to help me test my Mods and Roms PM me on here.
If anyone needs to learn how to root go to the Lg Esteem Forums on this site (google LG Esteem Android forums and click on this sites link) and then use that phones root method because it works for the Marquee
My first Project :
-Tweaking and fixing the CWM from the Optimus Black to our phone and get it fully operational
-Stock Gingerbread is very boring and i dont like it so im going to port the LG Ignite's Rom to our phone (it has the same version of gingerbread but has LG's Custom UI on it. The phone is the Optimus Black rebranded for C Spire Wireless which is a US CDMA carrier witch will be easier than porting the original Optimus Black's Rom because it is GSM. And yeah lol
-Get a Kernal for overclocking
So yeah that's my first project after this ill probably begin porting CM7. The kernal may take some time lol but porting the Rom will be pretty easy since its from the same phone. The hardest part of the rom will be the Network setting
So yeah PM me if you want to test with me. Or give me some pointers Android Development cause this is my first project working on android but i am proficient in Java and i have a little bit of knowledge on C and C++ so yeah if anyone coudl help PM me
