Root [DEV] Data Tracking App?

Does any one know of a good app to track data? I don't care about how much data I am using, I want to track to see where I am downloading from. I tried a logcat but didn't pull up anything accept that I was using data.

Right now I am running Harmonia and trying to see where it's downloading the update for the voice mail app from. I have been looking for a while and all I can find is data tracking apps which tell me how much bandwidth I am using which is useless for my purpose.

I would think there should be a way to do it. Maybe look into the admin settings of your WiFi router. The web history should be there somewhere

Yeah I didn't think about wifi was thinking 3g yeah I can run logs on my home router that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks

A proxy server on your phone with logging capabilities should work for that too.
