Root dev help

need a .dll file for optimus f7 bricked but will go in down load mode and stock recovery . and i dont know how it got to this point my brother dosent no how to listen , i belived he flashed it with cwm and it dosent support .

I have already gone through two phones..both bricked.. Did not Root or alter anything...both phones became unresponsive and I rebooted, after the reboot they were stuck in a boot loop...I'm on boost, I believe that the boatloader that boost put on the phones is the problem... I don't here of quite so many problems with the us cellular version of the f7.

wait what? Lol unheard of. Did you ever try booting into stock recovery and do a data reset?

Yes I did, it was still stuck in the boot loop...lg has started that they did not put there own locked bootloader, instead they put boosts locked boot loader, and it seems to have caused problems...
