Root [Dev-Only] CM10 status

This is my latest stable build, before I started on the 3G, everything not working is the same as the other alphas out here. Wifi works after first reboot. Just got off a roof so can't think straight right now, I'll clean this up later.

I just sat down, too tired to think right now, 90 some degrees laying shingles on a hot roof with no shade. I doubt I will do anything today, except take a shower and sleep. I have a short day tomorrow, just buttoning up, so I will see what I can do tomorrow afternoon. I pulled the MTDEV repo when I left this morning, so I haven't even had a chance to look at it yet or even see if it finished. Sorry, I can barely hold my arms up to type. This is the same one as I sent you the link for, I just renamed it for release purposes.☕

Got a new build for you crazy flashers. It would be nice if you could tell me the bugs of this. Right now I'm testing new EGL libs, which should make this a lot smoother/faster and more compatible with the stuff. I'll have the build soon. Hopefully very soon.
 
Flashing as I type... I'm also reinstalling my Windows 7 and my Ubuntu so I can start fresh. I have a very brief knowledge in programming. I've done C, C++, C#, D3D, HTML5, CSS3, JS, PHP, MySQL, and some other general languages. If I get things set up on my new custom build, I'm positive I can help the progression of CM10 on the Triumph.

I have a dedicated server, and I wouldn't mind setting up a development bug tracker, blog, and forums.

Ehh I would talk to g60 about that. He's a lot more interested in it than I am. Lol.

CM 10 is way faster than I had expected. I only have 1 bar, although I haven't paid my bill and Virgin Mobile said they would. Wifi isn't enabling. :/ I'm going to reboot to see if this fixes it.

Reboot fixed the Wifi issue. The Wifi signal is grey even though it's working...

Correct, and Apollo says Error. GAPPS isn't working either. :/ I installed it twice and there is no play market.

I'm fixing the permissions, I'm going to clear the cache and re-install GAPPS.

Wifi is blue and GAPPS didn't work, I'll try again... :/
 
*sigh* Finally it installed. I added my Google account, rebooted into recovery, wiped cache, wiped davilk cache, and fixed permissions. Then I installed the zip and voila, it's there. Restoring my apps.... then I'll reboot... Pandora isn't loading, gets stuck on the blue screen. Headphones work. I plugged mine in and hit the volume button and I can hear the beeps, even with them off. I noticed another bug. When my apps were updating and the notification slides up on my status bar it had a dragged look to it. Like when the first release had that flicker issue. Last one for tonight, gotta sleep. After using an app for a while, pressing home takes you to the first home screen, then sliding to the right jobs to the fourth as if it was on the third.

This is my rukin branch. Looks as if everything went correctly. Now I can merge it in.

EDIT: Merged in. Looks like I got BSydz's commit corrected as well. Merged it in with my repo. Now we'll have to test build with that. I need to find a way to fix playback error in Apollo. I'll be working on it.

I'm pretty sure the apollo error is headset related but not possitive. That was what I was seeing in the logs, a week or so ago when I looked. I finally get a whole weekend off, so I'll be catching up on a few projects this weekend.

Thanks for fixing the manifest, I was gonna but since it is a community repo I didn't wanna mess it up. I did have a question though, it seems like what I have been working with, compared to MTDEV CM10, is very different. Have you noticed this or did I just change so much stuff, that it looks like 2 different operating systems? Just wondering, cause when I compared the two, I was taken back at how much was different, kinda made it hard to pinpoint the video issue. I'm about to dl your latest to see what is going on. Good luck!

The playback error isn't just in Apollo. YouTube videos don't work and Google Music says Music Playback Error. I will be helping asap.

Yeah I know. I said that wrong. Most people who have playback errors for Jellybean don't have it in music players and only in YouTube and stuff. We're the first I've ever heard of.

I have a list from the last build I will test on and will let you know asap.

My triumph can test non service type items, i have no 3G or service.

But I will flash with the latest at any time to test anything for you guys.


Initial flash bugs, Google apps aren't working for me, the home button is not working, there is no unlock screen, and the settings link in the notification drop down isn't working for me, that is all I have noticed in my initial testing.
