Well the phone boots
just not displaying correctly i guess
but if the first boot works, i see no reason why later boots wont since the code was never changed and its static

so when u adb in on second boot do
"dmesg > /sdcard/dmesg.txt"
has to be done under root i think

And on second version i cant even root cause i have to reboot again

i ran the command on my pc and...i lied u dont need root, but run the command and email me that txt file.
im having another dev take a look at it and see what he can come up with...
