Developer 101 description not accurately named.

The description of the Developer 101 section is labled, " 101 Tutorials," however this is not accurate as we have been trying to also keep all of the beginner questions, such as those related to the ADT or Eclipse, in Dev 101.

I think that this description should be reconsidered.

Also, I wouldn't mind taking some time in the near future to go through all of the posts in Android dev and organize them properly. The Android dev section has a high necro activation count due to its referential nature, so unlike most other sections, it could truly benefit being completely organized.
