My lg g3 at&t developer options is set to on is that right???
I have never ever messed with that on any of my devices and honestly cant remember if my last device was on or off..

That's ok...mine is on also, and I don't mess with anything in there save for usb debugging and the animation scales.
You can turn it off with no ill effects.
