Description of problem
Everytime I start my phone, it just goes right into this screen https://www.android-hilfe.de/attachments/20170214_134742-jpg.552725/ . And if I type in anything it goes to this screen http://cs5-1.4pda.to/11519912.jpg and once I turn the screen off and on again it ist back to the first screen and still shows 30 tries.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
I have no idea. It just happened overnight.

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I already tried to press the return button, but nothing happens.I already powered it off and now it is in a boot loop (it constantly turns on and turns off at the HTC logo).I pressed down the volume and power button at the same time to get to this screen http://www.hardreset.info/media/resetinfo/2016/027/aa26cbeb973443428e15811f4a2b0a91/htc-one-m9.jpg the reboot option doesn't work (it just gets back to a loop) .Rebooting into the bootloader just gets me back to the same screen (http://www.hardreset.info/media/res...973443428e15811f4a2b0a91/htc-one-m9.jpg)Going to the Download Mode does work but I don't want to factory reset my phone.Once I go into the Recovery mode it just shows this red triangle https://i1.wp.com/droider.eu/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/IMAG03941.jpg and I'd have to reset it again.I really don't want to factory reset my phone, all help is appreciated.

That second screen shot sums it up pretty clearly. Your data is corrupted and can't be decrypted. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot you can do to fix this beyond a factory reset.

I think you're going to have to. :(

Thanks, I already tried but even the factory reset doesn't work. After it shows the formating message it just gives me a bunch of errors, and I don't know what these errors are saying.

Ah. Well it sound;s like your system partition is corrupt. You'll probably have to reflash the factory firmware.

What it means is using an external tool and reloading the factory firmware onto the device. Unfortunately HTC is the one manufacturer I don't have much experience with so I'll have to let someone else give you the specifics as to where you get the firmware and how you load it. Let me see if I can fond somebody for you.

You can try a factory reset from the recovery mode. I'm not sure that you'll get different results than pressing reset from the screen in your screenshot.

When you see the red triangle, hold the power button and tap Volume up. That should bring up a menu that will have a factory reset option.

Navigate the menu with the volume keys and press the power button to select the option.

If the factory reset doesn't work you might be able to run an RUU on the device to reflash the firmware. That is a bit more complicated, but you sound pretty tech savvy so we can probably walk you through it. Go ahead and try the factory reset first from recovery. If it doesn't work we can help you locate the proper RUU.

And just an FYI, if the problem is due to a hardware failure, nothing we do is going to fix it. If it's software related, the RUU should fix it, but if the RUU fails to fix the issue, it's beyond a software fix.

Thanks, could you maybe tell me how or link me to a site that tells me how to do that thing with the RUU.
Oh and I already tried to do the factory reset via the recovery mode, which didn't work.

Um... I tried going into the recovery mode to send a screenshot of the error messages, and now it just tells me that it's a developer build and that the recovery mode won't work.

Also anytime I plugged it into my pc it didn't show up.

I would start here to see if they have a download for your model.
http://www.htc.com/us/support/rom-downloads.html

I can help look other places but will need more information. Like carrier/country.

The information on your bootloader screen. Also there's a fastboot command that would be helpful. Do you have the platform-tools on your computer by chance?
https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools.html

But go ahead and take a look at that first link and see if you can find what you need.

Sorry for not replying for so long, I tend to kinda forget about these things (even if they are as important as my phone).
I think I found what I need on the first link, but even if I found one I still can't access my phone on my Pc and I think that that would be needed for the tools on the second link.

Sometimes there is an issue with Windows installing the fastboot drivers.

Download this driver on your PC and extract it:
https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb.html

When you're in the bootloader and connected to the PC, open the device manager on your PC and look for a device with a yellow triangle.

Try manually selecting the driver by choosing"have disk" and browse to the location if the driver on your PC.

If you still can't get it working by doing that, perhaps the cable you are using is a charge only cable and incapable of transferring data?

I can see the device with the triangle in my device manager, and also tried to install new drivers.
And downloading the USB Driver didn't change anything aswell (or I just "used" it wrong)

And I also made sure to use various cables and some which I already used to transfer files.
